Website information

This website provides information about a planned Old Glory Golfing location and its anticipated services. Features, hours, equipment, pricing and availability may change before booking opens.

Reservations and cancellations

Eligible reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time receive account credit. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed reservations are not eligible for a refund or credit. Any booking platform terms presented at checkout also apply.

Memberships

Memberships renew monthly until cancelled before the next billing date. Included hours do not roll over. Members may use up to two included hours per day, subject to availability, and may purchase additional available time for $60 per hour. Membership access is personal and may not be resold or transferred.

Facility and simulator safety

Guests must follow all posted instructions, remain outside another player’s swing area, use equipment responsibly and ensure minors are appropriately supervised. Anyone who feels unsafe should stop play immediately. Participation may require acceptance of a separate facility waiver before entry.

Conduct and damage

Illegal, dangerous, abusive or disruptive conduct is prohibited. The person making a reservation is responsible for their party and may be charged for intentional damage or damage caused by misuse, as permitted by law.

Availability and technology

Simulator, internet, access-control and payment systems may occasionally be unavailable. When Old Glory Golfing cancels a session because the facility cannot provide it, the customer will receive an appropriate credit or refund.

General

These terms are governed by applicable Florida law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These website terms do not replace any separate waiver, membership agreement or checkout terms later presented to customers.
